Retreat Refund Policy

If you cancel before February 1 (for the April Retreat) or before July 1 (for the September Retreat), you will receive a full refund minus a $50 booking fee.

If you cancel after February 1 (for the April Retreat) or after July 1 (for the September Retreat), your refund will depend on whether we are able to fill your spot.

  • If another participant registers to take your place, you will receive a refund minus a $250 marketing and booking fee.

  • If we are unable to fill your spot, no refund will be issued.
